Core Expertise
Sales Strategy & Execution
Proven track record in building effective, scalable sales strategies that consistently deliver exceptional results. I focus on crafting actionable plans that align with company stage, product maturity, and revenue goals. Whether building from scratch or refining what exists, I bring the discipline to execute and the flexibility to adapt.
Team Leadership & Development
Deep experience in recruiting, training, and coaching high-performing sales teams using methodologies such as Challenger Sales and MEDDICC. I’ve built cultures of accountability, growth, and collaboration—where reps understand not just how to sell, but how to think. Leadership is a multiplier, and I take that seriously.
Expert in CRM optimization, productivity enhancements, and process improvements. I believe operations should empower sales, not weigh it down. From lead flow and qualification to forecasting and reporting, I ensure that systems are built to support execution at every stage.
Operational Excellence
Data-Driven Decision Making
Skilled in leveraging market analytics and precise forecasting to inform strategic decisions. I rely on metrics to uncover trends, identify gaps, and course-correct. But I also know data doesn’t replace instinct—it sharpens it. My approach blends analytical rigor with on-the-ground experience to move strategy forward with clarity and confidence.

Insights and Perspectives
-
The sales process that worked at $3M in ARR won’t get you to $30M. I challenge leaders to examine whether their systems, strategy, and team behaviors are still serving their future goals. Sometimes what’s holding a company back isn’t effort or talent—it’s loyalty to an outdated model.
-
If a sales org depends entirely on one or two star reps, it’s not built to last. I focus on building teams and systems that create repeatability, coachability, and scale. That means processes that are clear, metrics that are tracked, and culture that holds.
-
There’s nuance in this space—you can’t copy/paste generic SaaS strategy into multifamily and expect it to stick. I help teams understand how to win trust, navigate long sales cycles, and tailor messaging to resonate with operators, asset managers, and marketers alike.
-
Coaching isn’t optional. It’s not something you do when you have time. It is the job. A great manager knows that the fastest way to improve performance is to develop their people. I believe the best sales leaders view coaching as a daily discipline—one that scales impact beyond what any one person can do alone.
-
I don’t believe in leading from the sidelines. I stay close to the deals—not because I don’t trust the team, but because the best way to support them is to walk into the room with them. When reps know you’re willing to jump on a call, handle objections, or navigate a tough buyer dynamic, they work differently. Confidence rises. Accountability sharpens. And opportunities close. Rolling up my sleeves and getting into the process isn’t a fallback plan—it’s how I lead.
Outside of work
Outside my professional life, I cherish spending quality time with my family. Our daughters, Maggie and Eleanor, actively engage in pursuits such as competitive rock climbing, robotics, cello, and boxing. As a former PGA Golf Pro myself, I had hoped to have another golfer in the family, but these diverse interests keep our home vibrant and inspiring.
I also have a strong passion for home renovation projects, finding satisfaction in planning, executing, and seeing tangible improvements around our home. Cooking is another creative outlet that I deeply enjoy, frequently exploring new recipes and culinary techniques.
Daily routines like morning walks and evening yoga sessions help keep me grounded, focused, and prepared to tackle professional challenges with a fresh perspective.
